8 hours package
The 8-hour package is ideal for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want professional support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Day-Of Coordination begins 4–6 weeks before your wedding, allowing time to review your plans and understand your vision.
About 1–2 weeks before the wedding, we’ll connect for a detailed planning call to finalize your timeline, vendors, décor, and logistics.
On the wedding day, I manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, oversee décor and setup, and handle behind-the-scenes details.
From ceremony cues and transitions to light décor setup and troubleshooting, everything is handled so you can stay present and enjoy your day.
10 hours package
The 10-12 hour package offers extended coverage and full-circle support, from early setup through the end of the night. In addition to everything included in the 8-hour package, this option allows for an earlier arrival to support extended setup and vendor coordination.

This package also includes end-of-night assistance, such as organizing and packing personal items and décor for pickup the following day. It’s ideal for couples who want added peace of mind and extra support throughout their entire wedding day.
